1. About Us

Beat Tank Productions is a professional audio production studio based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, providing recording, editing, mixing, mastering, podcast production, audiobook production, voice-over, and related audio services.

By purchasing or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

We provide audio production services as described on our website or agreed in writing prior to the commencement of work.

Services may include (but are not limited to):

• Recording sessions

• Audio editing and restoration

• Mixing and mastering

• Podcast production

• Audiobook production

• Sound design and composition

Final deliverables will be outlined per project and may include digital audio files in agreed formats.

3. Quotes & Agreements

• Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated

• Work will commence upon acceptance of a quote or written agreement

• Any additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges

4. Pricing & Currency

• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated

• International clients may be billed in USD where agreed

• Prices may change without notice, but confirmed quotes will be honoured

5. Payment Terms

• A deposit is usually required before work begins and often full payment required to book in a short term session

• Full payment is required prior to final delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing

• Payments are processed via secure third-party providers

6. Revisions

• A reasonable number of revisions may be included depending on the project

• Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees

• Revision requests must be made within a reasonable timeframe after delivery

7. Turnaround Times

• Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guide only

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on project complexity, revisions, and workload

• Urgent work may incur additional fees

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete materials

• Supply scripts, audio, or instructions as required

• Review and approve work in a timely manner

• Provide pickup recordings if required for corrections

Delays in client response may impact delivery timelines.

9. File Delivery

• Final files will be delivered digitally via download link, email, or agreed platform (e.g. Dropbox)

• It is the client’s responsibility to download and store files after delivery

• Backup storage is not guaranteed beyond a reasonable period

10. Intellectual Property

• Ownership of final delivered audio transfers to the client upon full payment

• Beat Tank Productions retains the right to use excerpts for promotional purposes (portfolio, website, social media) unless otherwise agreed in writing

11. Cancellations

• Projects may be cancelled by either party

• Any short term bookings will incur a 50% fee if cancelled within 72 hours of the session and 100% if under 24 hours notice givin

• Work completed up to the cancellation point will be invoiced

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Beat Tank Productions is not liable for indirect or consequential loss

• We are not responsible for issues arising from client-provided materials

• We are not liable for delays caused by third-party platforms or services

13. Website & Payment Security

We take reasonable measures to ensure secure handling of information.
Payments are processed via trusted third-party providers and we do not store sensitive card details.

14. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page.
