REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Overview

Due to the time-based and custom nature of audio production services, all purchases are subject to the following refund and cancellation terms.

By engaging our services, you agree to this policy.

2. Deposits

  • Deposits are required to secure bookings and commence work

  • All deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced or if a booking has been cancelled with less than 24 hours notice

3. Work in Progress

  • Audio production services involve time, expertise, and labour

  • Work that has already been completed is non-refundable

4. Revisions in Place of Refunds

  • If you are not satisfied with the initial delivery, we will provide revisions in accordance with the agreed scope

  • Refunds will not be issued where reasonable revisions have been offered

5. Project Cancellation by Client

If you cancel a project:

  • Before work begins → deposit may be refunded at our discretion (as long as done 24 hours before start date or longer)

  • After work has commenced → you will be charged for work completed up to that point

  • Any completed work will be delivered upon payment

6. Project Cancellation by Beat Tank Productions

In the unlikely event we are unable to complete your project:

  • You will receive a refund for any work not yet completed

7. Final Delivery

  • Once final files have been delivered and approved, the project is considered complete

  • No refunds will be issued after final delivery

8. Change of Mind

  • Refunds are not provided for change of mind

  • Any change to the agreed work to be carried out may incur additional fees

9. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered where:

  • Services were not delivered at all

  • A significant error has occurred that cannot be reasonably corrected

10. Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing our services, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.

Unjustified chargebacks may result in:

  • Suspension of services

  • Recovery of outstanding fees
